From Day to Night: Two Ways to Style A Dress

Shop My Dress:
Dress (C/O)

I’m all about finding ways to stretch out my wardrobe by styling outfits a few different ways. When I first saw this gorgeous Chicwish green dress, I immediately wanted to style it with heels or booties. I went to take these photos at a local garden store and knew I would be buying some pumpkins too. I decided to turn around and get some flat shoes because it was too impractical to actually buy pumpkins in heels. I ended up actually loving how it turned out. I am all about green for fall and this dress runs true to size.

For Day:

Add a pair of white tennis shoes. I really want to get some Vejas (Golden Goose is not in my budget), but loved it with my plain white tennis shoes. Mine are a little small, so I will be asking for some for Christmas. When it gets a little cooler, this dress would be so cute with a denim jacket around my shoulders.

For night:

Add a pair of booties or heels and a smaller bag. I didn’t want to bring multiple purses, but a smaller bag would dress this up.

This dress was a great find and would also work for spring too.  Which way do you like it styled the best?

Hi Courtney, I hope you are doing well and getting nicely into fall. The green dress is so cute on you ! I can see it being styled with the denim jacket you mentioned. . It goes well with the tennis shoes for casual daytime activities with the tote. Then easily transforms for a dressy date night look. by adding the heels. I do like the second look very slightly ! Both are fabulous on you, have a great day, Terri xo.
