Happy Summer! It’s probably not a surprise, but summertime is my favorite time of year. Although summer officially started June 21st, it’s felt like summer for a while. If you know me personally, you know I love snacking. Lately I am finding myself craving a refreshing, sweet and creamy snack. I am excited to have found a solution to my snack craving: My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream.
It is the perfect anytime snack that I love enjoying outdoors especially! After moving to the South recently, my favorite element of our new house is our screened in porch. It’s where I want to spend most of my time lately. I find myself enjoying the scenery and love to enjoy My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream out there. The bright colors of the snack fit in with my bright patio decor. There is something so refreshing about a cold snack outside.
My/Mo Mochi makes summertime so much more enjoyable and is the perfect treat to satisfy my cravings. Life is too short to have boring snacks!
I was so happy that I discovered a new fun snack and was amazed by the doughy outside texture with the velvety inside texture. It’s easy to just grab and go. I tried the sweet mango, ripe strawberry and double chocolate flavors. They have many options and my favorite so far is the ripe strawberry, but all of the ones I’ve tried were delicious. I cannot wait to try more.

All of the flavors I’ve tried are amazing (mango, strawberry and chocolate). I love the strawberry as a snack and the chocolate is perfect for a dessert.
Yummm!!! I have not tried this particular brand, but mochi ice cream was one of my favorite parts about living in Japan, haha. It’s SO good!
