Okay friends…Valentine’s Day is officially less than a week away. Are you looking for a “different” Valentine’s Day look? If that’s the case, I have you covered! This weekend when my parents came up to celebrate my birthday, I wore a leopard coat and a little black dress with pink accessories, and I had so much fun with it.

Right now one of the huge trends is the cold shoulder. I found this dress at the Dillard’s New Year Day sale for basically nothing! It has sold out of Dillard’s, but I found the same dress online. The cold shoulder look is “sexy” without being inappropriate.

It was cold at night this weekend, so I paired my LBD with a fun leopard statement coat. Although this coat is not available anymore, I have a similar one linked that is just as cute. One thing I did with this outfit, that for some reason I rarely do, is mix different shades of pink. If you saw my last post, you may have seen I just got this rose quartz necklace for my birthday. I had already planned to wear my fun new hot pink shoes, so I thought what the heck I’ll just wear it all together. I ended up really liking the mixing of two shades of the same color.

What do you think of this look?

Love the leopard and hot pink! Most of my pinks are lighter, may have to try hot pink!

Thank you, Lezlie! Yes, I love the hot pinks, since it’s so bold. I have noticed I am loving lighter pinks lately though.
