From A Football Game To A Date Night: Two Ways To Style A Cold Shoulder Top

Happy Thursday! I want to start off by saying Hurricane Harvey is weighing heavy on my heart. Seeing the news coverage shows how devastating it is. I am a native Texan, so this hits close to home. If you’re able to donate, please consider donating to The Salvation Army or The American Red Cross.  TEXT Harvey to 90999 (it will be added to your phone bill) to make a $10 donation or click the link to make a donation on their website. I know many local places are also collecting items that are in need, such as diapers. Here are more ways you can help. Most importantly please pray for the victims!

On another notice, I am so excited to introduce y’all to a local OKC boutique, The Pink Room Fashion. The owner is the sweetest and always has the cutest items. Make sure to check out her Instagram to see her new arrivals. One of her trademarks is that her clothing is all under $50.This top is only $38 and includes free shipping, which is always a winner in my book. I’m wearing a small and it runs true to size. It is a little long, but It’s perfect for doing a front tuck.

Fall is only a little under a month away (September 22), which has me so excited. Bring on pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin patches, tall boots, fall date night outfits and college football game outfits.

I am also so excited that football season is starting this week. You may have seen one of my recent posts about red being the color for fall. I am so excited about my new cold shoulder top that’s perfect for a college football game and can also be styled for a date night. While I did not go to Oklahoma University, this top would be ideal for an OU football game. I went to Oklahoma State University and I shared  an OSU football look on Monday.  Today is the Pokes’ first game!

I like to keep my college football game outfit casual with shorts and booties for early fall football games or wear a casual dress.

Love this top!! This is the perfect fall outfit!! I love that you added links to help Hurricane Harvey victims. My apartment burned down about 8 years ago in a wildfire. Organizations like the Red Cross really helped my husband and I get through it all. Even if people donated a $1, that’s a bottle of water that someone doesn’t have after losing everything. Great post babe <3

Thank you so much 🙂 I am so sorry about your apartment, but that really shows the importance of donating to organizations like the Red Cross. I am so glad that they were able to help you both rebuild your life. This hurricane has really gotten to me because I see people who has lost everything and just thinking about what they’re going through makes my eyes fill up with tears. Have a great weekend <3
