Happy Monday! We are down to just 15 days until Christmas. It’s just around the corner, and I have already been to several parties. In fact, I had 3 last week, which is why I didn’t get a post up on Thursday. One thing that I love about Christmas parties is that it’s an excuse to go extra glam with your outfit. This season I am especially loving faux furs and velvet. Although I certainly didn’t need a new Christmas dress, when I saw this green velvet one on Black Friday, I knew I had to have it. I love the style and, depending on if you’re trying to look more sexy or more modest, you can add a little bandeau under it for more coverage. You could even add black tights for more coverage on a cold day. This outfit would be perfect for Christmas parties or even for New Years Eve.
I have this faux fur coat in pink (see post here and here). I loved it so much last season that I couldn’t wait to order it in another color. I decided on white because it goes with almost everything and is the perfect touch to make a glam look. I cannot wait to wear this coat all season to step my holiday outfits up a notch.
